1. How do I book onto a workshop?

Please use the Ticket Tailor booking system on the website. If you are unable to do this, please contact us and we can arrange a different type of payment through Bacs, PayPal or cheque.

2. Is there still space available on this workshop?

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking system will tell you if there is a space available. Please contact us if you would like to be placed on a waiting list.

3. What materials do I need to bring?

A materials list is available for each workshop and is shown on the Materials page. Some workshops have all materials provided. Please check the workshop details.

Materials can often be provided upon request. There would be an extra charge for this depending on the workshop.

Equipment such as studio easels, table easels, drawing boards, water pots, masking tape and clips are provided.

4. Can I use alternative materials or brands?

In most cases alternative materials are perfectly acceptable. Please let me know exactly what you intend to use and I will check with the tutor if necessary.

5. What time does the workshop start and finish?

Workshop timings are usually 10am to 4pm. Occasionally these vary slightly by tutor and venue requirements. Full timings are included in the workshop information sheet and booking confirmation.

6. Will the workshop definitely run?

Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If numbers are low, we will contact you as early as possible and discuss alternatives or rescheduling.

7. Are accommodation and local travel details available?

Yes. Accommodation recommendations, directions, parking information and local facilities can all be provided upon booking. These can also be found on our website.

8. How do I pay?

Payment can be made through the Ticket Tailor booking system. If you are unable to do this you can pay by BACS transfer, PayPal or cheque. Please contact us to do so.

9. Can a private group booking or special session be arranged?

Yes, private group sessions can often be arranged. Please let me know your preferred date, group size and whether you would like a tutored or untutored session.

10. What if I have further questions before booking?

Please feel free to ask. We are always happy to answer questions about workshop content, experience level, materials, accommodation or any other aspect of the course.
